must haves........

I recently told myself that I needed to change my focus and spending habbit's( especially now while on work vacation). I thought from now on I would focus on more collectable things, such as DVD's, Books, things for the house etc etc. So recently there has been alot of cool things that I've seen or have been kind of waiting to be released, here are a few must haves for me.

Shadow Conspiracy ATL Invasion.

I've been a huge fan of the BMX world most of my life even though I was raised on a skateboard. I've always had plenty of repspect for the BMX guys. It takes great athleticism to do what they do, plus its right up there with the level of difficulty that skateing consist of. Im looking forward to seeing this whole video. Now that I think about it, I've got alot of purchasing to do besides this video.

M A S H SF

This video has been a long waited need, I think it explains itself in the trailer what these guys are capable of doing. You can order the DVD and Book set from the M A S H site now. You see alot of intrests in the whole fixed gear scene now a days. Especially in the whole "streetwear" culture, I think these guys out of the bay area have a little something to do with that.

Nike SB Nothing But The Truth

Yeah, we already know that this is a must have. I'm not sure and please correct me if I'm wrong, but I think this is the first video that the SB team has put out in awhile?? I hear Atlanta's own Grant Taylor (Stratosphere) stands out the most in this video. Next Saturday November 3rd Stratosphere will be hosting the whole Nike SB skate team at the LiL 5 Shop all day, so run by and say what up.

"Steven Vogel's solo book project is now upon us. "Streetwear The Book" is Steven's first solo book project which is sort of a collection of friends and colleagues who have been influential to the culture and sub-cultures involved in streetwear. As Steven states it is not another "fashion guide, fashion bible, or who's who" in street culture. The book goes into territories such as personal stories and short interviews that expand on the "fears, thoughts, goals, and opinions about streetwear" of those involved in the book. The book is 352 pages long loaded with colorful images of everything related to street culture".
